the arm band is ok. the cover works well to protect the ipod, but is a little loose. I had a lot of difficulty with the screen protector and as a result it is on with some dirt under it and I can't seem to correct that.
Since most of my clothes don't have pockets it works great as an armband.It also had a screen protector.love both. The minute I received it I put the Silicone Case on the ipod nano.
Good buy. received this item promptly, just as pictured, arm band is adjustable to fit most sizes, case fits well.
Would recommend it to anyone. Excellent value. It is exactly what I ordered and fits the Nano 3rd Generation perfectly.

I bought the skin clicked on the item with the color pink, they sent me white even though my invoice said pink, tried to call they dont answer the phone. They also want you to pay for returns unlike Amazon.
